Sacro-Occipital Technique treatment is directed at relieving stress on the nervous system, as well as to help the muscles, bones, discs, and ligaments.  It is commonly delivered via the use of the pelvic blocks.  These are gentle devices placed under your pelvis in specific directions, depending on which category you are in on that day.  This unique therapy involves using your own breathing and body weight to bring about a correction.  Other procedures involve using neurological pressure points to the spine and/or joints, light contact to the skull and/or jaw, as well as gentle pressure to assist organ movement.
